We purchased tickets to the 12:00 show for my daughters birthday, on September 7th. We were emailed a confirmation on the 6th. Which showed our ticket numbers etc, with the heading “ Our customer satisfaction is our top priority”… what a joke! The morning of the 7 we were all getting dressed for the show and my daughter received a text and then a call saying they overbooked and our only solution was a refund or to pay an extra $95 to sit at the captains area. We told them that wasn’t acceptable. They obviously had seats at the captains area but refused to correct their mistake by giving us those seats without holding us Hostage for an extra $95. I originally spoke to **** who said we were disconnected due to a bad connection. The second person I spoke to reiterated the same solution. Obviously their company policy has nothing to do with being in the service business. It’s absolutely disgusting that on my daughters birthday they over booked their ship And ruined our day!Business response

I have contacted the consumer and I am working with them to resolve this issue.
