      We checked in because my converter went out and we checked in and left immediately 2 hours later.  We had booked the room 206 for a week but when we arrived to the room it was horrible.  There was no toilet paper, there were bed bugs and no clean towels, big chunks of wood were all over the floor and the bottom of my feet were covered in black stuff from the floor. We tried to clean up ourselves but since we needed a room because our air conditioner had went out but the mess was too severe.  I have receipts and pictures to document of everything we experienced at this hotel.  The manager admitted to not checking the room before renting it to us.  The owner, however, was rude and disrespectful and cursed us out.  They tore up all documentations of our stay there and threatened to call the police.  We did nothing wrong but simply wanted a refund because we refused to stay in such horrible conditions.

      ***** **** (applicant) was notified at check in that there were some things that still needed to be taken care of in rm***. The applicant proceeded to say that he would take care of it because they really needed a place to stay for a week until their AC was fixed. We also gave him a discount for the week because it was still being taken care of and let them know that as well. The applicant ***** **** was also told to let us know if he needed anything at all.  ***** called and said he needed a microwave and I sent one directly to him and he was not in the room. ***** **** was the only one that signed the lease agreement and April never came in to sign the lease and bring ID to office so she was never added to the room, therefore  his name is the only one on the lease and was allowed on the property.  The lease agreement that he signed and initiated also states no refund and was told that everyone on property that is not on the lease needs to come into the office to sign in and do background check and that is also in the contract.
      As far as him being in contact with the owner, the owner was not in town at the time of this incident. ***** and April came in and demanded a refund because they had left and he was told he signed the contract that states no refund. April proceeded to call names at our front desk clerk. They were asked to leave the property. That evening April called and demanded to speak to the corporate office. She also stated that she will be going to the clerk of courts to get corporate"s number to demand a refund. Two days later ***** came back in and yelled and cussed at the front desk clerk where it led into calling the Police Dept because he was being threatening to the clerk as she asked him to leave property and had paying customers in the lobby.

      I am rejecting this response because: everything they said is a lie !  do not cuss for one they knew I was there that is why they kept whatever lease he sign I was post to go in the next day after work to sign but since we left after 2 he because the place was dirty and nasty we did not want to sleep on thebed because it was nasty dirty just like the whole place was we left and want back to are camper I have Graves diesel and not post to be out any heat like it was that week with temps above 100 that is  ***** rened the room in the first place so I would not get sick  .the manager was sitting at other desk they have camera all over pulled the tape.i did call but not to the next day was nice even said sorry but she knows she rented the room out and never should of still refuse to gave # the reason ***** kept going was to get the paper work they would not gave was told they was shedding . so it shows that we wasn't there.Cime to found out this place is well known  hole in the well.who diesel they often to ppl.zhe wedsite pictures look nothing like the rooms It police said this place needs torn down it's nothing but a trouble property here in Branson.its stil doesn't mean take ppl money mAje them stay in dirty  and I would never put us there we work hard for money to be  taken make to stay in dirtY iam not vhomeless still point is  it was nasty,,no t.p.,towels , shower curtain or rod.No way plug t.v. in wire out of wall floor cover in dirty it should if never been rented out in first place.i am doing this so no one else fell victim to this place they will take ur money ,treated u with good and there on site bully the ppl that work there afraid to say anything other than what the boss what are they loss there free rent I think .No  one should have to live in dirty mistly if they never have toi.to ve treat the they have us it blows my mind 8 have stay in place all over the world iif something not right they fix it move u to another roomall place say hi refund but if the room screw up they can't move u they refund ur money we was only there 2 hrs I even wipe the room down my self so I could 5ouch stuff I have auto immune diese so I have wiped on hand

      I just do not want this place taken ppl money like did us when they are in emergency  like we was people béware if this place
