This is been going on for a while and I’ve been arguing with the hotel telling them instead of discounting it and a managers rate at $45 a night instead because I live in Texas and me coming to Branson. Missouri is Lil 29% chance because of my work we have rarely anything in Branson, Missouri that we do work in and for three nights it was $45 a night for three nights. I kept on telling the general manager that I won’t be able to that. It’s a maybe but more likely not an every time I have to call and cancel ahead of time like more than enough time and I keep on arguing and telling them instead of that just give me three free nights and reward points to any Hilton hotel brand no matter what give me the highest maximum points to stay at any Hilton hotel brand I don’t get a definitive answer I just get the runaround’s. I do have proof showing that it is a manager rate the reason why is the manager rate is because at the time the last time I was there, which was a few years ago there were independent contractors doing some renovation or something like that as the manager told me and because of one of the contractors made a very disgusting comment I told the manager or the general manager and this is how it came about but the problem is now is that like I stated above is that I can’t come to Branson Missouri because my job has little to nothing work in Branson, Missouri so again, like I stated above, which is very fair and four the trouble and the hassle and the inconvenience that it has caused me and very fair and the bare minimum to ask to which we all can see that I’m entitled to my request to be approved without any modifications or stipulations that Hilton give me the maximum rewards points to stay at any Hilton hotel brand for three free nights, which is very fair, and a very fair compromise, and a rightful compromise, and a win-win

We are sorry to hear about an issue you had a few years ago. I had some trouble in locating the reservation, I searched all reservations for your name and I could not locate it. I would like to assist further if I can have more details regarding this stay. We would like to resolve, but without a confirmation number or a Hilton Honors account, we are unable to provide any additional level of service.

My apologies on my previous response, I did not see the attachment at first on the BBB's forum.
I see the attempts at trying to book at our hotels, but I still cannot find your original reservation. I cannot issue any points unless I have the original confirmation number, and the Hilton Honors number associated with that confirmation number.Customer response

You know what you doing you know what I mean how can I get a manager rate is was based on a complaint against independent contractors at that time when y’all were doing renovation wanted an independent contractors downgraded me a few years ago and I’ve been talking to the manager, the general manager he will not listen. I will not be nowhere near Branson Missouri or any business in Branson Missouri and I’ve been telling him give me a gift card of $250 to any of Hilton hotel brand or equivalent and points for two free night stay stop trying to play like you don’t know why I’m talking about , if this continues, I will file a FCC complaint a FTC complaint a CFPB complaint I have proven everything y’all are just being greedy stop ignoring the facts and comprehend, and stop playing like y’all don’t know or don’t understand because I can guarantee you if this goes a different route it will look very ugly for y’all. Y’all will be embarrassed about yourselves.
