      I am forced to use the only gas company provided by the address at which I lived. *****************************************************. My service has been disconnected since beginning of January2024. They will not return my deposit owed to me. Have been faithfully contacting them sinceJanuary. They have also kept a previous deposit applied to that address under a different name. I have no other recourse

      We were having sewer issues at our home earlier this year. After having a plumber come out it was discovered that Summit Natural Gas ran their gas line through my sewer pipe. We were told that summit natural gas would pay to have it replaced. I was in contact with ******************* who is I believe like my area manager or something like that. However 6 months later we have not received payment. I've tried to remain in contact to find out what's going on and now I'm just being ignored, which I think is very unprofessional. This issue was not our fault and we should not be responsible to pay for it. I've considered getting a lawyer but I'm not sure what type of lawyer I need to contact for this situation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

      I am disputing the bills I have received for the last 3 months. I only used their service 8 days in November and I was charged $64. My bill amount was $424.32 and I hardly ever used gas because the only thing I use it for is for my heater. I stopped using the heater yet I still got a bill for January.

      We feel like it was a reasonable bill, if she used gas in December she would receive a January Bill.  She disconnected Services before we received the actual compliant.  Customer stated that she only used gas for eight days so she would have had a service charge, gas usage, taxes and fees.  Unusual high cost of gas.
