      $217.63 sent to Branson Tri-Lakes News by mistake. I have no account nor did I order anything.

      My name is ***********************.  I am the Publisher of the Branson Tri-Lakes News in Branson, ********.

      *************,  to process this transaction, she had to access our website www.bransontrilakesnews.com,  click on the link ********** Services, choose Pay ****, then enter an account number, contact information, amount of payment and then her credit card information.  She went through many steps to send these funds to us by mistake. 

      #1 - We would ask for her to provide her credit card info so we process a refund transaction on her credit card, or

      #2 - She could simply dispute the charge with her credit card company which would then pull the funds from our account and refund to her.

      No, my claim has not been resolved. I received a resolution offer about a week ago and I accepted their offer of returning my money by sending my debit card account number and routing number but as yet I have not received my money. Thank you, *************************

      As of 8/8/2022, I have not received my $217.63.

      Here is my bank info - (see original fax)

      I need my $217.63 ASAP!

      Tomorrow would be fortunate.

      Her money was taken out of our bank account weeks ago.  If she doesn't have it she should check with her bank.  In addition, we can not respond to anything that comes through the portal.
