Wife purchased tickets last march for the polar express, and the money cam out of our account. Since then we've yet to receive our tickets. Attempts to call lead to the phone being hung up on us, and emails have not been returned. We just want our tickets.Business response

The customer has been contacted at least 3 times by phone and messages left. The reservation office also visited with them to explain that tickets are not sent out but held at the ticket office for will call. The purpose of this is to give instructions as to which car they have been assigned and to explain how the boarding process will take place. The guests are given the Golden ticket at this time as well, so the ticket can be punched during the ride by the conductor with a child's first name initial. The customer was also inquiring about the date and time they were scheduled to ride, and they were given that information as well.
As for the process of waiting for the call to be picked up, I regret that there was an inconvenience. We do have a new answering system and have had good success with it. The call is answered in the order it is received. i did have a tech look at it in case something had gone wrong. He did not find that there were any issues with it, and it was functioning as it should.
The customer left me a voice mail and appeared to be pleased with the outcome.
