On 10/31/23 I went in for a consultation. I applied for a Care Credit card. I asked if it was a hard hit or soft hit. She said they could do both. I asked for the soft hit first so it wouldn't affect my credit. I was approved and told her to run my credit. She ran my credit 4 times and took it from 801 to 633. I got approved for $36,000 but we ended up with $22,644.50. I never received the Care Credit card or services. They ended up billing themselves the whole thing. So my credit was charged for the full amount. They said I had a bill of $800 that I need to pay when I have not received services.

Rescheduled June appt. For July, then called the day of appt. In July and said the hygienist went on maternity leave and won't be back until November. So why dont they refer me to another hygienist or another office? They said they can't do that

I went to Aspen on 11/11/22 to have a tooth pulled, X-rays were taken and I was told the tooth was too infected to pull. I paid cash and was to follow up in a few days after taking antibiotics. The pain was too intense, so I went to ****** ****** and they drained the abscess. I followed up with Aspen a few days later and instead of pulling the tooth, I was told that I need a root canal and a crown. The ****** ******* ran my information and told me that I was approved for financing. I didn’t want to do that, but she assured me that my account could not be charged without my permission, set up an appointment for me to get the root canal and crown. I canceled the appointment because of covid, explained I’d have to wait until the first of the year. Today, I received a bill in the mail for $1917.84. I paid cash on my previous appointments, (for absolutely nothing), so I called. Aspen Used $1917.84 of MY CREDIT with NO WORK DONE. I was assured that they will pay the Credit Company Back, leaving me with a zero balance, HOWEVER, questions still remain unanswered. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE? When will ******** **** ********* be paid? Aspen Dental seems to be a Scammer. No work was done at all and they received about $150 from me and $1917.84 from the ******* ******* ********

I just received a Bill for $1917.84 for work not done. I paid cash for my first appointment, which nothing was done except a couple of X-rays. I was supposed to go back for a crown, but I canceled due to Covid. I was told that nothing could be charged to my account without my permission. This business is completely fraudulent. ******* ****** ******* needs to be paid back by Aspen for FRAUDULENT use of my account.

I had aspen dental put a crown on one of my teeth a couple years ago. I went in to have myself fitted for the crown and then had to wait for 6 weeks while the crown was made. During the time I had a temporary crown which came off multiple times. Upon finally coming in to have my permanent crown placed on it was discovered that the permanent crown did not fit. So I waited another 6 weeks. Within a month of getting my permanent crown put on there was a hole in it and within a year the permanent crown had fallen off. I have had the crown placed back on twice (once by aspen and once by another dentist) I have also been seen by 2 additional dentists who assured me the tooth underneath the crown was not preped correctly and that the hole in the crown is going to insure that it keeps coming off regularly. Aspen refuses to make the situation right and expects me to pay $132 every few months to have the crown glued back on.
