I ordered what was presented as a Beanie "and" Scarf on the M3GREEK site on 11/11/2021 (in addition to another item). I noticed that when I went back to order some additional items, as well as the original product combination of Beanie and Scarf for gifting, the site changed the item to Beanie "or" Scarf. Initially this did not raise any suspicions since this was my second time visiting the site and the items I ordered during my first time visiting the site were enroute (as well as having had received a verification of my order stating Beanie and Scarf on 11/11/2021). I only have the Beanie. My suspicions were raised when I received another email from M3GREEK on 11/13/2021 saying if there were any problems with the order that I needed to contact them so I emailed them upon receipt of an email looked at the information in the email where they switched out the old information for the new so instead of showing the Beanie and Scarf, they switched it to Beanie or Scarf. Prior to filing this issue I tried to resolve the issue and requested they send me what was purchased which was a Beanie and Scarf because I did not want to think they were playing a Bait and Switch game since competitors offered the Beanie by itself at a very competitive price and I could have ordered it elsewhere. Instead, the company told me that I could send it back because supposedly I was at fault for not knowing that it should be sold individually by their company and that I read it incorrectly. I take issue with this because they made the mistake and, I am not aware of their processes since other sites sell the combination Beanie and Scarf but their prices were higher and hence my decision to purchase via M3GREEK. I should not be punished and have to return anything to receive my money back since M3GREEK should be required to send me the combo product (in this instance the Scarf) which was identified during both my purchase and their receipt sent to me 11/11/2021 of which I have attached).
