              I attempted to rent a property from this individual in July of 2019. Not only was the property absolutely disgusting when I was set to moved in (cat hair, cigarette butts, various sticky things splattered in the kitchen) there was a cockroach infestation so bad that the cleaning service I hired to address the previous issues refused to clean. I never moved in and was able to break my lease under implied habitability, thankfully, but this individual conveniently ignored the part of my lease breaking letter that demanded he give me my security deposit and first month of rent back. I've tried contacting him via phone as well as sending letters to his address and they were returned undeliverable. I have not been able to get in touch with him despite trying on and off for TWO YEARS to get ahold of him (I was a student at the time and had little time to dedicate to dealing with this man). I never got my security deposit or first month or rent back and never heard from this man again.
