I called National Rent To Own house only to receive information. I spoke with **** **** a home buyer consultant out of Houston Texas. I also got an email from a ****** ******. I found it weird that they couldn't provide me the information by email after I requested it. Nervous that it was a potential scam or bad opportunity I decided against this route of owning a home. Now I get at least 5-6 calls a day from different types of numbers. I want them to stop calling. I'm not interested.Initial Complaint

Ever since I filled out an online form to learn more about this 'rent to own', they haven't stopped harassing me with different phone numbers. I have told them time and time again that I'm not interested instead everytime my phone rings it's their robot all and I can't block them because they are calling with different numbersInitial Complaint

I made an online purchase this past Friday. I sent paperwork. I gave them debit card number. I tried to set up an appointment for delivery of a tv and a couch. I asked for Monday, but it would be Tuesday. I took off work for the delivery. I called today, they said they were going to be there. They come to my house, do an "inspection." They go outside, no communication. They said they were not able to make the delivery because of my neighborhood. There are many dwellings that are in "make ready" condition. I asked for a refund. I went up to the store. They said that it went back up to the card and gave me a paper receipt. He told me when I called that he would give me cash in my hand, $35.64. And I took off of work. And I have no furniture.
