If I could give 50 stars I would most certainly do so, because the service was definitely deserving of it. The problem resolution coupled with the timeliness showed the professionalism was outstanding with Royal Air. My service Pro spent all day in the 80 temperatures installing the new air conditioning system and miraculously found ways to work with the rest of the system installed 50 years ago. He was determined not to leave until I had air that day. He came back a second day to finish up due to the less than professional installation that was done when the furnace was replaced. But when he was done it all looked clean and functioning like it never had before.Review from Carlos M

I would prefer to give this company no stars. I had to give it 1 star to be able to post my rating/review. I have a home warranty contract on my home. I was having trouble with my AC system and the warranty company sent them out. He supposedly fix my AC. An hour after running my "repaired" unit it started to act up again. Called him, he said he would come back out. He never has. He has ghosted me and the home warranty company. So here it is almost 7 days later and still no AC. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. IT WILL NOT TURN OUT GOOD !!
