********************* field supervisor came to my residence on 4-6-23 for an estimate on a roof repair. ***** stepped through my ceiling leaving a hole about 1 1/2 feet x 1 1/2 feet. ***** stated that his company would take care of this since they damaged my property. I spoke with ****, the owner, the following Monday on 4-9-23 stating that he would pay for a company that I chose and he requested I send an estimate to him when I received it. I sent him the estimates on Friday, 4-14-23. On Monday, 4-17-23, he said check was in the mail. No check was received that week. So I contacted him again on 4-24-23 stating no check received and he stated he would contact his office about the check and if not he would drop the check off at my house. I texted him on 4-24-23 that no check was received and today on 4-27-23, called his office about the check and would have to contact **** the owner because they had no idea about this. So I called their office and texted ********* I told them I need the check by Friday, 4-28-2023. I texted the owner and he said he was going to drop off the check by noon, and he did not come.
I would like for him to pay for this damage in full immediately as he agreed.
