Hired ********************* in February 2023 to do landscaping and rip rap at our house. We paid over $20,000 in deposit to get started and the job has yet to be completed in full. The only portion completed was the rip rap which took two days. Some material was ordered, but less than a weeks worth of labor has been performed and now my calls and messages are not being returned and we have pallets of material just sitting in our driveway. We have not received any receipts or itemization of what materials cost, but Im certain that we are owed money back and way too much time has gone by to have any confidence that work will be preformed.Initial Complaint

We contacted the company and received a visit in spring of 2021 by **** the company owner. We discussed a plan to landscape some sections of our home including large boulders installed as steps to an outbuilding, landscaping, filling holes, installing shrubs, planting and mulching. **** agreed to the scope of work and requested a down payment and sent a link to deposit the money. I sent the money and **** never appeared to perform the work. He does not respond to phone calls or emails. We have tried to contact him numerous times and he will not respond.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to install and remove Christmas lights. They started the job beginning of Dec. and didn't complete it. I reach out the the owner several times with no response. One week before Christmas I threatened to take further actions and that day he sent a crew to finish the job. At this point I had already finish the job and that due to their lack of commitment I didn't want them removing the lights. I have tried several times to get my $275 back for removal with no response, so I threatened to take further actions AGAIN and he responded with asking for my address. I text that over a week ago and haven't heard anything. I have text messages and call records to support my complaint. I told him he could keep the money for install even though it wasn't completed all I want is the removal money.Customer response

I did receive a refund from the company.
