I live in ******** Apartments. They didn't give me 30 days to move in. They told me I moved in the day I didn't move in and I had to pay prorated rent. My house and car was vandalized and they never followed up with the police with the video footage. My hot water heater was leaking. I called them several times to let them know. They haven't processed the maintenance request. I called and they told me they didn't have anyone to look at it. They have hung up on me. Maintenance finally came to fix it, but there's more damages. They had to cut the wall out. My water is not hot yet and I can't take a shower.Business response

The resident submitted a request regarding a leaking water heater on a Sunday. By noon the very next day the water heater was replaced. Our maintenance staff handles work like this in house and our service speed and professionalism far exceeds the industry standard for our market.
