solicito informacin sobre la garanta de una batera de iones de litio de 12 V, 2 Ah y 12 V de la **************************************. Hice el pedido el 16 ******** bajo el nmero 2000118-84207864 y lo recib el 19 ********. Lamentablemente la batera ha fallado al cargar y quisiera saber los pasos a seguir para hacer uso de la garanta, la empresa National Tool Warehause aun no me ha dado respuesta sobre esto.Business response

Sorry I also forgot to mention we do not ship to Bogota. We do not ship out of the US. If we could get more information we would be happy to see what we could do.Business response

After further investigation we found the Order. We found that this item was ordered on our Wal-Mart store and shipped to a different name and address inside of the US. We do not ship batteries or ** parts out of the US. We have not received a message about this item through Wal-Mart and was not aware there was an issue. Due to the ** item being out of the country, this can not be returned. We have refunded the order in full. Just so they know - In the future any ** item that is transported outside of the ** will not have any warranty.Initial Complaint

Purchased from Amazon Store:On September 24, 2023 I ordered 2 ATD Tools 7811 work stands ( Order # ***-8933573-1656202). On September 27, 2023 I received what should have been 2 complete workstands. Instead I received 1 complete stand and 1 missing the legs. I immediately contacted Amazon Customer Support, where they told me a return label was emailed out. Which I never received. Then my account showed a replacement was on the way, which a few days later was cancelled. October 5th 2023 I called Amazon again to inquire about my return and they told me the case had been closed. I asked how and wasn't given logical explanation. They resent return label, which I printed out. On October 9th 2023 I returned item too the *** store. Tracking number 1ZA81G969043136619. On October 11th 2023 the seller National Tool Warehouse received the item back. I have contacted Amazon numerous times concerning my refund and keep getting told ***** hours or 7 days before I get refund. Plus they keep using excuse that it is a 3rd party seller. So now the seller has my money and the item back! Their doesn't seem to be a since of urgency to refund my money. And every time I'm told their awaiting an approval. It has already been 31 days and they can't get this situation corrected. Not sure what to do other than complain and or file complaint with my bank as wellBusiness response

I apologize for the delay in customer receiving the refund. Since the return request was listed as needing a replacement, it was not automatically refunded. We were not notified that the replacement order was canceled due to no stock by Amazon. Therefore, we were unaware that we needed to provide the refund instead. This is a flaw in the Amazon automated return system and I have contacted Amazon regarding this. The refund was processed on 10/30/23. Once again, I apologize for the delay.
