Hired *************************** to perform bathroom renovation at my home. He came here, spoke with my mom and me about work we wanted done, we showed him around. He gave us an estimate of $9381.21 on 4/24/23. A different shower was decided upon and it lowered the final price to $6949.17. Work began 5/1/23, first of 3 payments were made on 4/28/23 in the amount of $2084.75, 2nd payment was made 5/2/23 in the amount of $2432.21, 3rd payment made 5/5/23 for $500.00 and 4th payment wad made 5/19/23 in the amount of ******* noting that he had credited the account $30.64. Work was great until May 15, 2023, when they called in every day that week. **** (*****' crew) and his son came back the following week and worked most days. Only a couple hours some days, no shows some days but kept coming back and progressing forward until July 12, 2023. After that date they might show up 1 day a week. The last few times it was only ****, he said his son was pulled off my job to work other jobs. **** has not been here at all since July 26,2023 leaving us with no lights and leaks inplumbing, only 2 walls of shower are up, missing toilet room wall, window sill and frame are missing, door frames are missing and pipes, tools, etc are in garage and basement,

I have contacted a different contractor to finish the project. I have not heard from the original company or ***************************, the owner. I gave up, the situation was too dangerous to leave as is with my mother living here and primary user of the bathroom in question. I sincerely hope he doesn't do this to anyone else.
