      I placed an online order 6/14/2024 for the amount of $178.08 for 3 figurines. I received an email letting me know that my order #********* had shipped. I never received the ********* have called several ************** at first told me to call *** which I did. I was told by *** that the merchant should call, not me. I called & told her this. Then she says that I need to talk to her supervisor but the supervisor is always in a meeting. *** left messages & no one calls me back. Please help me to get a refund. Thank you

      Upon researching this order with the **************** Manager, it was determined that the order was properly delivered on 06/19.  I've attached a screenshot of the *** notification showing the delivery on a porch.  It is my understanding that the customer has confirmed that the image is of her porch.  It is further my understanding that *** has denied the claim because it was properly delivered. It is our general policy to only issues refunds when we have made an error in delivery, which was not the case in this instance.  However, since the customer had a poor experience in getting timely answers to her inquiries, a refund on this order was issued on 07/11 as a one-time courtesy.

      I made a purchase at Preciousmoments.com on 9/3/2021. I returned 2 items (give thanks figurine & measuring cup set) the total of the refund would be $43.86. They still have not issued a refund. The items were delivered back to precious moments on 11/11/21 at 10:29am tracking number *** 1Z4E23069027904864. I have contacted precious moments customer service several times and I keep being told, "we only have 3 workers in the warehouse, we will get to it as soon as possible". But almost 2 months time, is more than enough time for the warehouse to process the return.

      I ordered two (2) figurines on 15-Dec-2021; Order #*********. The Precious Moments site stated, at the time of order, they were estimated to arrive on or by 24-Dec-2021. I received an email on 21-Dec-2021 from PM stating the order had shipped. In the email was the UPS tracking number. I clicked it and it brought me to the UPS Tracking site. The status stated "Delayed". I continued to check it every few days over the next week; no change. I called PM on 3-Jan-2022 and spoke to CSR - ******. Since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I requested a refund. She stated she would leave a note for her manager. I checked the shipping status and my credit card activity every few days. There was no change or posts to either. I called back on 14-Jan-2022 and spoke to ****** again. She stated she had spoke to her manager (********). She informed me, since the order had shipped and was in UPS's hands, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with ********. ****** stated she was in a meeting but she could put me through to her voicemail. I left a detailed message, explained the situation, left my phone number and requested a return call. Today is 18-Jan-2022. I haven't received a call or email. The order status is still "Delayed". PM has offered no help or solutions at all. Speaking to PM Customer Service has become a waste of time. Your efforts to help resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.       I received an email from Precious Moments Customer Service this morning informing me they're issuing a refund.  They stated it should post to my credit card within 3 - 5 business days.  Therefore, I consider this matter closed.  Please accept my sincere thanks for your attention and intervention in this matter.
