May 2022, I took my bike to this shop to have new accessories put on, They put on the wrong handlebars and damaged the wiring while installing the new parts. July 2022, my bike failed on the road and I had to call a ****** dealer in the state I was when I broke down , they helped me get home, and I immediately took it back to this shop, who at the time agreed to repair it, I called to get an update on the repair and the owner became argumentative stating he had ordered new handlebars and hung up on me, then just a few hours later the company called and said for me to come get the bike they had done all they were going to do. The owner claims I was rude to his daughter , which I never spoken to. This company refused to speak to me or take my calls after I picked up my bike. I ended up having to take my bike to another ****** shop to have the bike repaired. That dealership stated the handle bars this company installed were not the right bars for my bike .Business response

On April 13th2022 our business took in a repair job for *** ***** ******* for his **** ****** ******** ***. Customer brought in a similar motorcycle he wanted handle bars identical to, he also wanted exhaust pipes, air cleaner, and a programmer installed. We sat down with him and went over all the parts to be ordered. He authorized all the parts. A few weeks later, The repair was completed. *** ******* picked up his bike and inspected everything and was very satisfied with the job. *** ******* also came in several times after the repair and was still pleased with the work done.
July 1, 2022 we received a phone call from **, he was very rude with our staff about his motorcycle breaking down. We instructed him to bring the bike back in to our service dept.July 12th** brought motorcycle in and was very rude and aggressive while leaving bike with us. A few days later he called and is cursing at the owner’s daughter.. So the owner instructed the Service Dept to expedite the repairs needed. Our service dept installed new wires into the handlebars due to a possible wire shorted issue. The repair was made 100% back to factory specs. *** ******* was called to let him know the job was completed later that afternoon. He picked up his bike and inspected it and agreed everything worked properly. We have provided documents that shows both work orders from the work we provided. The correct handlebars were installed and we even didn’t charge him for one repair bill. We didn’t know anything about wrong handle bars until we received the complaint from the BBB. He never mentioned to any of our staff about the handle bars being the wrong fitment. We have provided documents showing the handle bars installed were the correct fitment for the application.

I am rejecting this response because:
They are lying about all of this. I have already sent all my receipts to bbb and I have photos and witnesses to the interaction with them. I never spoke with his daughter, nore did he ask me to bring the bike in. I took it to him , to have him repair his poor workmanship. The only time that I went back to his shop ( other than to have him do rework) was because they had the clutch messed up so bad, it was difficult to shift. They did fix that , immediately. The man agreed to put the right handlebars on it when I brought it in for rework. I stand by my complaint and have witnesses to our incounter .

I am rejecting this response because:
This man has made absolutely no attempt to communicate with me. Infact , he screened my calls when I tried. I had to use someone else's phone, so they would answer. Even his wife got into the game. She called the day that he claimed that he had my bike done, then she hung up on me. Here are pictures that I have from the first ****** shop, that got me back on the road.if you blow the picture up, you can even see where the bar clamp isn't even bolted down properly. All rework was done by a professional ****** dealer, after his fake attempt to cover himself
