I have a 2016 ford Fusion and went to get a routine tune up due to me going out of town soon. I dropped my car off at 8 am and was called at 9 am for them to tell me that I had oil in my valve when they checked it and advised me that I needed to get it replaced soon. I agreed to have that service done for an additional cost. They called me around noon to tell me that my car was ready. When I got inside my car the check engine light was on, my car said engine coolant overheating, and my car was shaking. I immediately told them that my car was not ready because this was not how I left my car. They told me that a coil was bad and I had to replace it but wanted me to pay for the part. I agreed and payed for the part, they told me again my car was ready. I get inside my car once again and the check engine light was still on and my air was not working and engine coolant light overheating sensor was on. I told them my car was not fixed and they refused to fins out wat was wrong and told me that they did nothing wrong. I had to take my car to another shop for them to fix the problem. When I told Caruthersville Auto repair that I had to pay someone else to fix what they messed up he threw $40 at me and said that he shouldn't even give me that.Business response

I asked that the customer bring it back to us and we would have put it on the computer. She took it somewhere else and I spoke with the mechanic over there. It was a wire that was pulled loose while changing the valve cover. I told them to send the ticket over here and I would take care of it. They charged her $60 for the computer and plugged the wire in. I would have taken care of it no problem and not charge. I paid $40 of the $60. It should have been brought to me like I asked.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I brought the car back several times and was told that it was not their fault due to them not having anything to do with the air conditioning. I asked them to fix it and they had no answer for me. I even had to call the police. I would like to be reimbursed for the weekend I had with no car.
