In March we put a deposit down on having a carport installed in our driveway of 1192.00. We were told it would take approx. 3 months to have installed, which was fine. We were given dimensions to put a level gravel surface in our drive to have the carport installed upon. We had that completed which cost us $2000 and had done in early June, nearing that 3 month mark. We did this so the groundwork would not be damaged waiting on the install to be completed. We could not get the company to call us back or even answer our calls timely. They finally contacted us this week and scheduled us to come out today July 28th. Upon their arrival they said that they cannot install in our drive, although we sent them pictures prior to them coming out for approval of the install being done. They told us that we would have to pay for them to reschedule and we would have to redo the groundwork. The lady we have worked with is refusing to help us with anything and even hung up on my husband. We were not instructed correctly from the beginning and at this point would like our deposit back since she is unwilling to help in any way. I need assistance with this since she is not willing to answer our calls or assist.Business response

I dealt with *** ***** once. I dealt with her husband. She came in and picked out colors and that's the only time I discussed anything with her. I have contracts he initialed and signed that says the site will be leveled by the consumer. I also notes from ******** ******* where it said the space they wanted to place the building was unleveled. It was unleveled 12" from end to end and 20" from side to side. The crew couldn't put it up and the anchors would go in correctly. I went above and beyond for these consumers. I changed the contract on 6/27/22. They wanted to charge the return fee because it wasn't leveled the first time. This is not my fault. He understood this at that time. Then they became rude with me. I was trying to help them.
