There was a plumber that came over named ***** that came over 5 times to replumb the bathroom. I never informed him that I wanted two showers in my bathroom but he set it up that way. I found out that the pipes for the bathroom and the washing machine was the wrong size. He had to redo the bath tub and the washing machine pipes , he had pipes coming out of the floor for a floating vanity when they should be in the wall, so he put the pipes that were in the floor in the walls and come to find out the drain pipes in the wall were loose. I hired another plumber to fix all of *****'s mistakes. The new plumber had to fixe the drain pipe in the vanity, and other various things. ***** did not test pressure or put caps on the water lines to secure them. Now I have a leak behind my wall from *****'s mistake and now I have to tear down all of my drywall to fix the mistake. I paid the business $2500.00. I would like to be refunded $2500.00.

The technician met with ******* **** in January of 2023 to provide an estimate for removal and replacement of fire-damaged kitchen and bathroom plumbing.  ******* and the technician discussed the plan and a few days later ******* was presented with an estimated of $5,000.  ******* approved the estimate, paid a $2500 deposit, and ***** scheduled the work.  When the technician arrived to replace the plumbing, ******* had decided he wanted to add plumbing in the bathroom; one for a bathtub and one for a shower.  He also wanted to run approximately 30ft of gas line to the stove and run a new waterline to the dishwasher.  This was not discussed during the initial walk-through and was not included in the estimate, but the technician completed this extra work at no cost to *******.  Shortly thereafter, ******* notified the technician via text that he would like to change a few things, specifically he scrubbed to plan to install a floor mount vanity and instead wanted a floating vanity.   The technician made the changes and ******* looked them over and approved.  One day later, ******* informed the technician that he wanted to change locations of a few things.  The technician once again made the requested changes.  Shortly thereafter ******* hired a foundation company to install foundation anchors.  In doing so, they removed sections of pipe that the technician was asked to replace.  Once the sections were replaced, the technician and ******* looked over the work and ******* said everything looked great and he would be calling the office to make the final payment of $2500.  Several days later ******* contacted the technician stating he was not going to pay the remaining balance because the work was not performed correctly.  He eventually communicated his concerns and the technician returned to correct them.  Once again, ******* thanked the technician (via text) for making things right and even informed the tech he left a tool behind and made arrangements for the technician to retrieve it.  Several days passed and ******* began calling and harassing the technician.  Text messages are included in this response.  ******* also called the office and left vulgar voicemails.  Those are available upon request.
