On 12/21/2023, I purchased a perfume set totaling $113.94 from The Fragrance Outlet, located at the *** ***** ******* Outlet. A couple days later I returned the set because the wife did not like the Christmas gift. I was advised by the female salesperson that sold me the product that she could not refund or exchange it because the box was opened and that the company could not re-sell it. I am only seeking a refund of my $113.94. I uploaded the image of my receipt. On the receipt that we can only return or exchange for unopened packages we have also let the customer know before they left the store. This is a store policy.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:As a consumer, I purchased the product as a gift, but the female did not like the product. She had to open the box to try it. I should be able to take the product back and get a refund.
