-July,31,2022 -Amount paid :$1,000 -Deposit: I have evidence of how I left the apartment. Screen shots of when I had over the rent amount in my bank account and the payments still declined . I lived in the unit only 6 months of the 12 months lease. The blinds had years of wear and tear including grease stains and dirt and dust and some just plain broken to the point you can see through the window . I have no records of messages of him sending out anyone to replace the blinds just him saying he would do so.(we only spoke via text/email) I have emails of conformation the check being sent to him from spire and never receiving a fixed stove or replacement that I would constantly burn or almost burn myself using and constantly smell gas from . I left the place better than I received it. I had purchased paper blinds to go over his which you would see in the videos I will send you (the back door didn’t have blinds in the kitchen people could look in ,the blinds next to the door was filthy with grease stains and wouldn’t go all the down,the two bedroom blinds was dusty/dirty and one of the two was severely damaged, the bathroom didn’t even have blinds when I moved in and you can kinda see the living room blinds had missing pieces)The oven door is being held up by the bottom drawer to keep from collapsing. The only thing that was left like it wasn’t was the shower knob which was lose when I got there and fell off. The bathroom and kitchen sink had bad leaks which caused the bathroom sink to have mold . I didn’t say anything because he didn’t want to fix anything after he got the check. He changed the charge from $200- to $300. I can’t be charged for normal wear and tear in a unit from what I read and I shouldn’t be charged for something I didn’t do. I’m still waiting on my full deposit as he constantly gives me the run around after he told me blatantly ‘’no’’ when I contacted the attorney general and provided photo evidence that debunked his statement and claims .Business response

The apartment was not left clean and I photo to prove it. She left the bathroom dirty, the refrigerator was dirty. I charged her for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. She did not return the keys. I have tried to mail her a $800.00 but she will not provide me a mailing address to forward the check to. There is no mold in the apartment. We gave her new blinds when she moved in. Also we have a portal that rent is paid through but she was unable to link it to the correct account. I am not even charging her the full amount of cost. She lived there for 12 months.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
. I have messages from movers when I moved in ,when I was asked changed over my utility accounts, I was not there the whole 12 months and he knows that . (Which is why it took me so long to change over my utilities when I moved and I have messages of the conversations of me not going into detail (saying I was there when I wasn’t)because i felt it wasn’t his business about if I was living there or not because I was paying the rent. I only have his keys cause ( have proof ) he told me ‘no’ when I asked for my full deposit . This has been going on for months since I moved he just now saying he has photographs because I asked him to provide proof of how I left the apartment since I left it so unclean . No one came out to replace the blinds (no messages work orders or emails sent to me on my end confirming just him saying he would do it but it never happened). I shouldn’t had to ask for the blinds but I did and a shower head but I (chose) to not mention the roaches ,stains, and left over of belongings that was left . There was no mold (left) because I cleaned it before I left which you can see in the video/pic of how the cabinet looked in the pic if you are familiar on what mold do to wood and paint (didn’t complain while living) . I told him I’m not giving him my address until I know I’m getting the rightful amount which is $1000 not $800. I also just found video/photos of how the unit looked when I first got my keys . Please compare the pics of i how I received the unit vs how I left it .
