We purchased a home from Claymont Development in October of 2021, there are many problems that are covered under the warranty provided by Claymont. They refuse to respond to communications including certified mail which we have proof they received. There are several items on the walk through list they agreed to take care of and have not done so to date. I sent pictures and details of the problems and again they refuse to respond. Also they neglected to stop a burglar alarm system that was installed in the house and we were not told about such alarm nor did we have the code to arm or disarm the system. The system was on a timer system to come on at night we found out later, they did not stop the service when we closed on the house. The first night we were in the house I got up to go to the bathroom and either slipped or tripped falling and ended up with a fractured, dislocated shoulder, a large cut on my lower lip I could stick my tongue through along with a damaged thumb and multiple bruises. When the alarm went off the police came and would not allow the rescue squad to attend to me and get me to the hospital until they cleared the house since the code they got was a burglary in progress. I still do not have full use of my shoulder and may never have according. to the doctors.
