    I was charged $22.95 without my consent and am seeking to have repayment made. I do not know how this was achieved but I did not and do not give consent for this/these payments.

    This company has taken $22.95 from my checking account without consent. I have never heard of this business and did not knowingly agree to this charge. I was charged for membership dues by Amer Ind Bus Col, who I have never heard of.

    for the last few months, there has been $22.95 automatically withdrawn from my checking account by ***************** I have no idea who this company is and have never signed up for any kind of service from them. I would like to have the funds put back in my account and any membership cancelled but I cannot find any information on the company.

    This company has been charging $89.95 a month from 11-14-2023 to 09-13-2024. I never authorized it. It is a fraudulent charge. I expect a full refund. I know nothing about this company or how they got my information.

    Dear Sir/Madam:

    Please accept this as our response to a complaint filed with your Department by Ruth Guitron,
    which was directed to the American Independent Business Coalition (AIBC). Please be advised
    the insurance products included with the AIBC Membership Ms. Guitron purchased are
    underwritten and administered by Freedom Life Insurance Company of America; therefore, we
    are responding on the AIBC’s behalf. We appreciate this opportunity to be of assistance.

    A review of our records found that Ruth Guitron applied for coverage with our Company under
    an Association Group Specified Diseases/Illnesses Insurance Plan, an Association Group
    Accident Only Insurance Plan, Association Group Fixed Indemnity Insurance Certificate,
    Nonparticipating Five Year Term Renewable to Age 70 Group Life Insurance With Group Term
    Life for Dependents and Critical Illness Accelerated Benefit Certificate of Coverage, and an
    Association Group Accident Plan, which are generally referred to as our PremierChoice suite of
    products on October 30, 2019. The application was approved and the Certificates were issued
    effective December 3, 2019. The Plans are not comprehensive major medical plans and do
    not constitute minimum essential coverage under the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA).
    The availability of benefits is subject to the definitions, provisions, exclusions and limitations of
    the Plans.

    At the same time, Ms. Guitron applied for insurance with our Company she also enrolled her
    family in an Executive Diamond Level Association Membership with the AIBC, which also
    became effective as of December 3, 2019. Membership with the AIBC provides its members
    with an array of small business solutions, consumer discounts and health programs. One of the
    health programs provided by the AIBC to its members is a Blanket Excess Medical Expense
    and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage, which is underwritten by our sister
    company, National Foundation Life Insurance Company, and issued to the AIBC for the benefit
    of its members. The Blanket Excess Medical Expense coverage provides a benefit of up to
    $10,000 per accident, after satisfaction of a $500 accident deductible for Excess Medical
    Expenses that are incurred as a result of injuries from an accident.

    We would like to point out, the products marketed by our Company are Association Group
    coverages and require the insured to be a member of the AIBC to purchase coverage with our

    Company. As such, to maintain coverage under the PremierChoice suite of products, Ms.
    Guitron is required to maintain her membership with the AIBC.

    In response to Ms. Guitron’s desired settlement, we are unable to provide a refund of the
    collected premiums as the PremierChoice suite of products remains in-force.

    This is a fraudulent company that has been charging us $89.95 a month since 8/1/23. We did not sign up for whatever service they provide. When we tried to cancel over the phone - after an hour on hold - they demanded our full account information which we declined to confirm (even though they obviously had scraped it from somewhere else). Still charging us monthly without any way to cancel since we don't have an account number or login information - again, we never signed up for this. Scam. $89.95/month with no way to cancel - $1,209.35 to date through 8/31/24.
