I had filled out and texted for a sweepstakes for Michelob Ultra beer and a few weeks later I received a phone call that I won. I filled out my affidavit and everything they wanted within 48 hours. I was then told I would have my mirror home gym with an 8 to 12 weeks. After over 12 weeks I contacted the in-between company spoke with them and told them it 16 or 17 weeks it had been long enough I just want the cash equivalent. I read through rules and the sponsor can actually provide the cash equivalent with the value of the prize or more. I have numerous emails from this company stating that I was to get an eCheck and a payout for the prize instead of the gym. The company is Anheuser-***** which has been dodging the bullet all along passing the buck claiming they were not a sponsor but yet if you read the rules they are the sponsor it's now been 19 weeks and I still have nothing no check the middle company wanting to speak to me the phone anymore because I told them I was new stationsBusiness response

Below is our response to Mr. ******** complaint, number 15883381:
We work as a supplier to Anheuser-*****. We run many of their sweepstakes and were the administrators for the Michelob Ultra Keep Active Sweepstakes that ****************** won. We contacted him to inform him he was a winner, and received his affidavit on May 12, 2021. The prize that he won was The Mirror Home Gym. We communicated the winners names (3 total) to the client and to the fulfillment company, as we were only the administrators of the sweepstakes, and not the fulfillment company for this prize. We communicated that to ******************. The vendor in charge of fulfillment was working on sending him his prize, but as many are right now, they were having a difficult time in securing the prize. So we informed ****************** that the prize was delayed, but would be fulfilled as soon as possible. **************** proceeded to call my employees several times a week, even up to 6 times per day. We told him we were a third party and that it was out of our hands, but that our client and the fulfillment company knew of his distress and would send his prize as soon as it was possible. Our verbal communication with ****************** had to come to an end as he became quite abusive on the phone, swearing and yelling. In fact, we have a voicemail saved where he was particularly aggressive if any further proof is needed. After this, our client agreed to send ****************** a digital check in the amount of $3,000.00. However, as we were not the original fulfillment company, we had to wait for a *** which I personally relayed to ****************** on the phone on the 13th of September. When we received the *** we sent him his digital check on September 21. It is my understanding that he has since cashed it.
Please contact me if you need and additional information.
Thank you,
