************************** the president of Sealco Asphalt company was hired in October of 2023 to tear out and replace a section of my driveway. He committed to completing the work within 2 to 3 weeks after he received a down payment to start. He started 5 weeks later and had a section of the driveway removed not the entire amount that was originally agreed to. The next day after that section of driveway was removed, he requested another payment in which he claimed he was going to pick up hot mix asphalt and complete the work immediately. He was given another payment per his request, but ********************* never completed the work. After corresponding with him in person and with several text messages ********************* gave me every excuse as to why he couldn't get the job completed. After being frustrated with his excuses,and 9 weeks later the weather got very cold so I requested to him that he should just refund me $1000.00 back from the $******* dollars that he already received. I told him that I wasn't asking for a full refund. He told me that he wasn't going to give me any refund at all and that was that.The bottom line here is that ********************* the president of Sealco Asphalt company did not honor his commitment after receiving 2 payments from us totaling $******* dollars. The attached photos show the section of the driveway that was never completed by Sealco asphalt co.I also have copies of the checks totaling the ******* dollars that ********************* received in good faith from my wife and I.
