    Company is harassing me even though they were told to cancel account and remove all information. Had asked to cancel 1st shipment, was told it was to late. Now they keep on calling and texting for me to order more. Even though i told them to remove all information and communication from them.

    Since Oct 2019 I've been getting the same prescription auto shipped from Blink Health online in capsule form monthly as prescribed by my doctor in a faxed script on file at Blink Health and confirmed regularly by my doctor with Blink Health. Since 2019, I've never gotten tablets: always capsules and there has been on change from my doctor. 3/6/2023 charge $64,00 5/27/23 charged $532.81 (very same prescription since 10/2/2019 with updated Fax regularly doctor as recent as (5/27/2023). 5/29/23 8:00 am Bank account showed Blink Health debited $532.81 from my checking. I logged into my Blink Health online account. which showed the 5/27/23 auto ship prescription "was Processing" Called Blink Health Customer Service to cancel order and request refund, no answer. Emailed Blink Health disputing the charge and request auto fill be stopped and order canceled. immediately I notified my bank to stop payment immediately. and Wells Fargo to open an investigation to dispute charge 5/30/23 9:06 am Called Blink Health Customer Service. Representative (Heather) said the $468.81 increase "could be because the price of the medication had increased". She offered to call the pharmacy and see if they could "cancel" the order and she'd refund my account. I held. When she came back, she said it had already been shipped. She "Escalated". my problem. 9:21 am my online account still said medication "was processing" I again called Customer Service. I held until 9:37 when reached ****** who told me the increase was because "the order had been changed from capsule to tablet". I asked who changed it. she said, "we use the prescription on file from your doctor to fill your medication." (Blink Health had a fax on 5/27/2023 from my doctor for capsule form.) I asked to speak with a manager, but of course one wasn't available. She also said she'd "Escalate" the issue. I moved my online pharmacy to ****** Pharmacy. WAITING TO HEAR FROM ESCALATION.
