Company is harassing me even though they were told to cancel account and remove all information. Had asked to cancel 1st shipment, was told it was to late. Now they keep on calling and texting for me to order more. Even though i told them to remove all information and communication from them.Initial Complaint

I opened a subscription with Blink Health and have made regular purchases.The zip code on my payment method has changed.Blink Health canceled my subscription and is now requiring me to pay for a doctors visit to restore my subscription.No one from Blink Health contacted me by phone or email to correct billing information.When I called customer service, was told that they do normally contact customer to update information?However they did not this timeif I would like to continue? I can pay for an online doctor ************** other words - $125 fee for a needless appointment, because of a change in billing address?Initial Complaint

My card was charged on June 4th according to my bank for my last prescription refill, but Blink Health neglected to send my refill at all. I have tried contacting them about the issue but have gotten zero response. I have asked them to either send my refill or give me a refund in past emails, but they refuse to respond in any fashion. They then had the nerve to go ahead and charge the monthly **** fee after not sending my almost $30 refill I didn't get. I want a full refund of the refill and the June monthly fee since they have not fulfilled their service to me their customer. I would like the full refund of these fees and end any future dealings with this unprofessional company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a medication from Blink Health and they already got my money. But? No medication. Blink Health is playing red tape. I do not know what is going on?
