    Pro clean did an amazing job on my carpets. ***** was very professional and does amazing work. He was very accommodating to my timeframe and was prompt with my appointment time. Would recommend and use again. Telling all my family and friends about him.

    Wow! Dirty carpets doesn't describe what Pro Clean found at my recently purchased home. It was so disgusting I hated walking on the carpet. When finished it looked like brand new carpet and I'm thrilled. Referring ***** to my realtor and everyone who needs carpet or tile cleaning done call these folks. (And a nice guy to boot!) Excellent work!!!

    I had a similar experience with J**** of Pro Clean in December of 2023, as the previous BBB reviewers listed below. I absolutely agree with reports of his: expertise and professionalism; detailed communication of the remediation process and his arrival times; willingness to speak with insurance adjustors, excellent referrals for adjunct businesses connected to the remediation process; and, his innate politeness, genuineness and meticulous work habits. I had never encountered a home water leak/mold issue before, and I was relieved to have found an excellent choice for its resolution.

    I accidentally flooded my daughter's house by breaking a water line. State Farm suggested 1 company who came out and what a disaster that was. A friend suggested *****. I did my research on him and saw all of the amazing comments on ******* so I hired him. He knew how frantic I was for the disaster that I'd just created and my urgent request to get it completed ASAP. He was there the next day, worked for hours every day until it was finished. His communication, texts when he's coming and going, 100% professionalism, he did everything to make this woman living alone feel completely at ease! I can not thank him enough for the amazing job, guidance, and down right compassion that helped me through this entire ordeal. He reviewed insurance quotes, contractor bids, the whole nine because I was clueless - and he's STILL helping even after his job has been done for days. Just an amazing guy! ****% recommend him!!!

    After several weeks of having a handful of businesses come out to give us an estimate on a remediation job (caused by a slow, long term dish washer leak), we decided to go with *****. He was not the most expensive but neither the cheapest. You do get what you pay for ?? He was very thorough with the scope of work covering every single step of the whole process and also worked in tandem with the air test quality company to make sure that everything is taken into account so that h*** get a passing clearance after the project is completed. He is also very honest and transparent about what he does, even if you dont pick him to do the job. Hes very professional, knowledgeable and kept everything clean throughout the effected area. All in all, we are truly satisfied with the work and highly recommend *****, if the need arise. Thank you ***** for the amazing work! We will definitely send people your way if they ever need this type of work done.
