Wow! Dirty carpets doesn't describe what Pro Clean found at my recently purchased home. It was so disgusting I hated walking on the carpet. When finished it looked like brand new carpet and I'm thrilled. Referring ***** to my realtor and everyone who needs carpet or tile cleaning done call these folks. (And a nice guy to boot!) I had a similar experience with J**** of Pro Clean in December of 2023, as the previous BBB reviewers listed below. I absolutely agree with reports of his: expertise and professionalism; detailed communication of the remediation process and his arrival times; willingness to speak with insurance adjustors, excellent referrals for adjunct businesses connected to the remediation process; and, his innate politeness, genuineness and meticulous work habits. I had never encountered a home water leak/mold issue before, and I was relieved to have found an excellent choice for its resolution.Review from Alec M

I accidentally flooded my daughter's house by breaking a water line. State Farm suggested 1 company who came out and what a disaster that was. A friend suggested *****. I did my research on him and saw all of the amazing comments on ******* so I hired him. He knew how frantic I was for the disaster that I'd just created and my urgent request to get it completed ASAP. He was there the next day, worked for hours every day until it was finished. His communication, texts when he's coming and going, 100% professionalism, he did everything to make this woman living alone feel completely at ease! I can not thank him enough for the amazing job, guidance, and down right compassion that helped me through this entire ordeal. He reviewed insurance quotes, contractor bids, the whole nine because I was clueless - and he's STILL helping even after his job has been done for days. After several weeks of having a handful of businesses come out to give us an estimate on a remediation job (caused by a slow, long term dish washer leak), we decided to go with *****. He was not the most expensive but neither the cheapest. You do get what you pay for ?? He was very thorough with the scope of work covering every single step of the whole process and also worked in tandem with the air test quality company to make sure that everything is taken into account so that h*** get a passing clearance after the project is completed. He is also very honest and transparent about what he does, even if you dont pick him to do the job. Hes very professional, knowledgeable and kept everything clean throughout the effected area. All in all, we are truly satisfied with the work and highly recommend *****, if the need arise. Thank you ***** for the amazing work! ***** did a great job for us, coming out within 2 days of our busted water pipe, despite being quite busy with many people needing his services due to the extreme cold weather (-20F windchills). He returned daily until all the floor and drywall was fully dried out. He was knowledgable about what we needed to do, and offered suggestions on how we needed to handle our insurance claim. Hope we never need to use Pro Clean again, but if we did, we would call Pro Clean first, and use them without hesitation.Review from Rebecca G

After searching the BBB for a reputable company to help us when our basement flooded last week we feel lucky to have found Pro Clean. ***** and his team were amazing when after the below zero temps and husband forgetting to shut off the outside faucet led to us having a pretty messy basement flood. He was very busy with lots of other folks with much worse water damage but got us in and completed the job quickly and efficiently. ***** is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the process. Pro Clean restoration came out to give me a second opinion on my water damage. Not only was ***** extremely prompt and polite, he provided an honest, fair and thorough assessment of the damage. At no point did I feel like his goal was to earn a job, it was simply about providing helpful expertise at an unfortunate time. Many companies use the customer emergency as an opportunity to over sell jobs and over state damage. That was not at all the case with Pro Clean.
