            I used ricks tire on april 6th 2022 to change 4 tires on the back of my ***** ****. They did not properly tighten lug nut resulting in alot of damage to wheels and lug studs. Over time wheels moved slightly back and forth on lug studs resulting in the breaking of 2 studs and both wheels have been damage around lug studs as well as the remaining 6 lug studs being damaged. I have spoken to SEVERAL tire professionals and they ALL say the only way a wheel can come loose is improperly tightening lugs. ****** ...owner of ricks.... says he is not responsible for the damage because i didnt know they were loose untill 3 months after mounting.........but it just took that long to become loose enough for me to notice a change in driving.. i mean it is 8 lugs. It may take a while for lugs to finish working themselves loose enough inside a hubcap to cause enough change to the way it feels when driving and make me to take hubcap off and notice the damage inside. He is doing buisness in a unsafe and unprofessional manner. That shop will get someone killed if they continue to do buisness in this manner!
