We hired them in December of 2021. I don't think they had the system properly hooked up because I have as much as, or more, dust as I did before. I had this done by another company a few years ago, and the dust was almost nonexistent. My partner said when he went outside the hose was not hooked up to the vacuum in the truck. The dryer vent is clogged. That is a fire hazard. I have been trying to get him to come out this whole time and he just ignores me.Business response

This was a project that was outside or our normal service area by the request of ***** ***** because she wasn't happy with the local company that did the cleaning prior. She did call me a few months later and said she was still finding dust in her home and asked if I could come by and take a look if I was back in the area, which I have not been. I can assure you that the cleaning was done to the standards of NADCA and that the equipment was properly attached durring the cleaning (possibly her partner noticed a disconnected hose after the cleaning was complete and while the guys were finishing up). We take before and after pictures of all projects, these were emailed to ***** along with the invoice and they clearly show that the ductwork was clean when we finished. With that said we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and are willing to honor that if necessary.Customer response

The complaint has not been resolved. I have not heard from them via email or anything else.
