      The property that I was renting was sold to 443Stop during my lease in 2022. My security deposit of $2100 was transferred to 443Stop. My lease ended June 30th, 2024. The lease (and Missouri law) states that 443Stop is required to provide a list of charges and a refund of whats left within 30 days. On July 30th, August 2nd, August 5th, and August 12th I emailed 443Stop inquiring about this refund and have still not gotten a response. I have left two voicemails with no response. I have had one phone call where I confirmed the email address, which matched the websites email address. I had another phone call on August 6th where I was told that my check was mailed that day, however I never received said check. I live in the same town as this company and it should not take more than a week for this check to get to my house, so I believe the check was not ever sent. In that same phone call, they said they had not sent a refund check because they did not have my address on file. This is not true because I gave them my forwarding address in AppFolio where I paid my rent, and my roommates all sent their forwarding addresses in email. So three times they were given a forwarding address and a check was never sent.

      They put on my rental history that I failed to pay them when I never signed a lease or rented with them and I want it taken off my record. The property they are referring to I moved out of before they even purchased the property. I moved out due to previous owners not fixing the water lines and other major issues with the property.

      My lease ended 09/30/23 with ********. I completed my walk through with the owner of the company. I was supposed to receive my security deposit in the mail 30 days from the day my lease ended. It has now been almost 90 days and I have still not received my security deposit. I was told it was mailed to an outside entity. Which wasn't even the correct company it should have been mailed to. I called that company they have no record of the check and told me they mailed it back to ********. I am requesting my security deposit refunded to me promptly. I have reached out several times and they refuse to respond to me. This is very unprofessional.

      I moved out of an apartment managed by ******* 6 months ago and was just today, informed by a different apartment agency that I was applying to, that ******* is claiming that I still owe a $2000 balance. I was never informed of this despite giving them my forwarding address and all of my contact information. When I asked ******* why they never attempted to contact me I was told "its not their job". Additionally I was never offered a walk thru before moving out and have still not seen an invoice of where all the charges are coming from
