I am a resident of this complex. I am having some issues that I need to talk to the office about. I can**;t get them to answer and I can leave a message but they don**;t respond. I have been trying to contact them since December.Initial Complaint

My complaint is regarding my apartment at ************************************************************************. In January, I signed a year lease with this business. I have not been able to stay at this place due to electrical problems, cracks in window, and other issues. There was an issue with the door and I dont feel secure. I called the city and the city gave them time to make the repairs. I have given them my 30-day notice to moving out and prior to this I requested to be moved to a new property due to my health. When I talk to my property manager he does not feel that it is a good enough reason to break my lease. All of these issue should have been addressed prior to me moving in. When I looked at the unit it was undergoing repairs. I have tried working with the manager but he does not want to do anything. I have received emails from the manager that they had sent someone out to look but that has been in. I have called city inspectors and they did find items that need to be repaired. I am elderly and disabled and it is hard for me to find housing. I have a voucher to assist with rent but I was not notified until after I gave them my 30 days that they had submitted an application to get funding for me. I do not have it yet. This month I only gave them a partial payment because of the repairs.
