They dont deserve one star and now I know why they have the reputation of being called crooks auto shop. I take my car and get it estimated decide to pay for it myself instead of turning it into the insurance company. A day goes by I get a call telling me that the cost is going to go up $100 because one of the pieces that they had ordered is no longer in stock. Whatever. then I go to pick my car up pay my bill get my keys. Low and behold, a light pops up that says sensors need serviced. When they took the estimate we both knew the sensors were going to be replaced, so why is there a light saying sensors need serviced on there. I call crooks this old old man gives me the runaround about how I will have to take it to Centralia to a jeep dealership to have the sensors reset. I said no you need to have them reset I paid you to do the job you gave me an estimate you knew the sensors were going to need replaced and reset but yet you didnt replace or reset them? Then I talked to my uncle who is a mechanic in ******* who states anyone who replaces sensors knows that they need to be reset. Then call crooks back. The owner ************ think is his name says well with these types of cars its a ***** percent whether or not you will need to reset them. So I then said laughing so you saw a single woman dropping off her car knowing that shes not going to turn it into her insurance company and just did the cheapest **** poorest job possible so you can put 1000 bucks in your pocket and get by. What a joke. If I had to guess they never replaced the sensors which is why they need reset. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to CROOKS. Then I ask for an itemized statement which normally anyone who works on cars gives that to you when you pay the bill. He says no I dont have an itemized receipt. My question, then was why not you ordered several different parts. You should have an itemized receipt for each part. He then says we dont provide that here, maam. What a joke.!!!!!!
