      Gets you signed up for their monthly subscription service, and then makes it way to hard to unsubscribe from it. Refused to give me a refund for a payment taken that day even though I haven't used their services in months

      A crew member sprayed me in the eyes with pre wash after tipping. I don't think he even apologized. It took a while before I could see again. I'm blown away that they keep refusing to give me the *** sheets so I'll know what chemicals I got sprayed in my eyes. I have drops I have to take every night, so I was extremely concerned. They refuse to give me the info required by law. I was told I have to wait while they investigate my claim and check the video. Then was told "if" they were recording at that time. Like they seriously trying to cover this up , or what ?? This manager just told me there was a video , then tried to back pedal cause she screwed up. I do have some little moments with my left eye. I'm seeing my eye Dr wed. Can't wait to get her opinion. But they still have no legal right to refuse a request for *** sheets. Some of them are pretty shady.

      I live in the ************* (*********, **) and decided to try Club Carwash as it is newer in my area. The dryers at the very end of the wash were extremely powerful and they shook my vehicle. Once I got back out on the road, I noticed my mirrors were shaking. Then one of my mirrors detached & broke while I was driving. I called the business's number and was told to go back to the carwash location and file a claim, so I did. I went ahead and paid to have my mirrors fixed in complete confidence that I would be reimbursed. It took about ********************************************************** and, the person who was assisting me, immediately tried to make it seem like I was lying. Extremely unprofessional. I, myself, was an insurance adjuster for 10+ years so I understand how it all works and, in many cases, have seen people use that type of position as a power trip. In addition, I was provided contradictory information during the call, which was frustrating. I will not be taking my car to this location or any other Club Carwash location and will advise people I know in this area to do this same.

      I tried a month membership but cancelled when I noticed the paint chipping off my wheels due to the brushes. I got the email confirming my cancellation but saw I got charged another month membership the next week. I was not offered a receipt or paperwork to keep when I gave my name and address to sign up, nor was I told that I had to give any notice to cancel. When I called to explain and ask for a refund, I was told they do not give refunds and I did not cancel soon enough, they required more notice. I looked at other reviews on ****** saying they don't honor damage claims so I won't get my hopes up on making a claim with them. They should train their employees to explain the deal customers are signing up for and always offer a receipt!

Our membership agreements do state that we need a 7-day cancellation notice to guarantee that we can stop any charge from processing through. We make every attempt to stop the charge from processing but without the appropriate notice, we are unable to stop the charge or refund the amount.       This car wash severely damaged the paint on my vehicle and is now refusing to cover the cost of the paint correction.The General Manager at the ******, ** location, *******, acknowledged the damage, helped me file a claim and said that corporate would get me taken care of and to expect a call within 3 days. He was very respectful and kind, and seemed like he would help me get the issue corrected. (His car was also damaged in this car wash and he showed us where it rubbed paint off both sides of his car).While I was filing my claim, a woman who works at the car wash walked up to ******* and said "I have another one when you're done with this!" and while we were standing there a man drove by to get in line to file his damage claim as his windshield wipers came off while in the car wash.I received an email a full week later stating that the car wash could not have caused the damage pictured. I called the representative, *******, who emailed me to discuss the claim and clarify that this was not scratches to my vehicle, but rather some kind of chemical that was applied to the paint that left residue or removed the clear coat over the entire hood, both front door handles, down the side body of the car and the roof. He began to argue with me saying that this has never happened before at any of their locations, the car wash did not cause the damage and it was an issue with my car.I requested the footage of my car that he kept referencing as proof that the car wash did not damage my property and he would not release it to me. Furthermore, ******* avoided escalating my claim to his supervisor, *******. He would only provide me with her email and not her direct extension. He even mentioned he had over 160 calls in the queue for damage, so do with that information as you will.I am extremely upset and my car has at least $650 of damage to the paint. I am a regular user of automatic car washes and have never experienced an issue like this.

      They are saying my membership is only for one vehicle. I disagree with that because they are still getting there money every month no matter how many vehicles need washed. This needs to change

      Their workers sprayed the bug wash chemical on my hot hood/roof and didn't wash it off in a timely manner which caused damage to the clear coat. The manager at the location admitted it's been a problem but the claims department denies being responsible. Their claim is it was already like that. As I was making my complaint, there was another person with the same issue. I have a pics and video from my security system (date & time stamped) showing a shiny hood prior to running thru this car wash. So their common pre-existing condition excuse wont work this time. I plan to take legal action and will update this review.

      Club Car wash damaged my vehicle and refused responsibility. They have caused lots of vehicle damage and refuse all responsibility. If you value your vehicle, do not use Club Car wash.

      I bought a membership for $44. Car was damaged first time through. Manager on duty took photos and filed a claim. I filed another claim after a week. Still no response. Finally I called and talked to several people, got the typical run around. Finally after two weeks I was offered a $25 gift card instead of a refund and was told the machine was not at fault for the damages to my car.

The markings being claimed are inconsistent with the wash and equipment furthermore, the claim was filed 10 days after your visit.
