  This childcare and the director, ****** *****, is unprofessional and unreliable as a daycare provider. Despite meetings with her, she left my grandkids stranded after school. When meeting with ****** she was rude and disinterested in the stress her lack of reliability put on my kids and my family. She showed no accountability and no remorse for leaving a 3 year old and 5 year old at schools when she had agreed to pick them up. An appointment was made with her after the first instance, yet she didn’t show up and didn’t return phone calls or messages. I have copies of all texts where she agrees her daycare will provide transportation to and from school for these kids! She accepts government payment for her services for these kids and I believe has a bias against them due to this. In addition, ****** has twice asked for increased amounts of money to cover the transport and watching if the kids. She’s trying a “bait and switch” on limited income people.. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because it’s the beginning of the school year. She doesn’t provide the services she promises or charges for.. I am left to wonder how many kids have not been picked up or left on their own at schools. This lady and her daycare are not fit to watch my pet rock!

  My name is ****** *****, I'm the Owner/Director of Circle of Love Daycare. Responding to a complaint made on my business on 8-29-2023 ID #********. The children ****** and ******* we're enrolled, and started at my Center on 8-23-2023. The children we're considered part-time school age with transportation. My weekly rate for this service is $175 per child, and the children was receiving childcare subsidy (state assistance) the parents portion was $70 weekly for both children. The parents we're informed on the start date that transportation would not start until 8-28-23 due too the new Driver starting. The we're ok with it and had the children grandmother and a family friend bring the children and pick up to and from the Center the week of 8-23-2023 until 8-25-2023. Monday 8-28-2023 the children did not show up for morning transportation route, no communication from parents to ensue they was still on to pick up in evening route. I reached out to mom positively communicating, she immediately got defensive making false statements, that we left her children at school. I contacted both parents, apologizing letting them know it's the Diver first day. They did not want to hear it. Monday 8-28- 2023 dad came at 9am an removed the children from care.
