****** and his crew installed a fence at my home in August 2022. On Sept 11, 2022, I informed him that the gate wasn't latching correctly and it was blowing open. He responded and sent someone to fix it. On September 22, 2022, I sent another text with picture to show that while the latch was moved, it was not secured correctly (it was missing a bolt) and so it wasn't latching correctly. ****** said he would be out that same day, but did not come. Email sent on 11/01/2022 with pictures showing that the hinges are sagging and the gate is getting damaged. I sent a follow up text on November 3, 2022 with the same information. Email sent June 20, 2023 noting that the gate is still not seated correctly, the hinges are pulling away from the wood, and the wood is splitting. The gate itself is hanging at an angle. No response. Follow up text sent on July 5, 2023 which copied the message. He responded that he can come take a look. Follow up text with pictures sent on July 21. He responded on July 24 and noted that he was coming to look at it that day and "we may be looking at replacing it, which be covered under the warranty". Clarified that Sent a follow up text on 08/02/2023 and said that it was on the schedule and he stopped by the prior week to figure out what was needed. Follow up texts sent 08/23/2023, 10/02/2023, and 10/03/2023 with no response. Texts clarified that I was waiting to get the fence stained and asked him to get back to me so I can schedule the other company to come by. Called and spoke to him on 10/10/2023 and he said that he already thought it had been done and there must have been a miscommunication with his team and he would personally come out to see it. Follow up texts sent on 10/18/2023 and 10/25/2023 with no response. Voicemail was left on 10/27/2023.
