I purchased an AR off-line around September 1, 2023. I put the gun together. I had a piece that I did not have a tool for. I have worked with the company before, and I have a good working relationship with them. I left my gun for him to repair it. He said he had a few health problems and it might take longer than normal. Since September 11, I have not been able to get in contact with him. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails, and I have stopped by the store. His voicemail said he wasn**;t taken any new work orders.Business response

****** is a good guy and I have a tremendous amount of respect for him but he may be a little confused.
Fact: There is a message on the shop phone and one posted on the company website as to the issues of not being open and not doing any work because of health issues. Has been for over 9 months.
Fact: When ****** came to the shop and ask to complete his AR we had a lengthy discussion about my medical issues and the probability for a lengthy period to finish.
Fact: I answered a email request 3 weeks ago from ****** explaining my condition has not improved and actually loose the use of my hands and arms completely more often.
Fact: I further explained in the email and when he dropped it off that I had an appointment with the neurosurgeon on February 5 and would hopefully have answers as to when and if I might get back to normal.
I am sorry for any confusion but as it stands I have little control as to when I am able to get back to work.
The gun is not finished. If Tyrese choices to pick up the gun he may send an email direct to: *********************************** and I will coordinate a time to meet him at the shop.
