      I'm reporting a business that has serious issues involving the health and safety of all that stay there. From not up to fire code, to black mold and roaches.

      I stayed there for 6 nights and I was eaten alive by lice and bedbugs. They also waited until I had been there for multiple days to charge me an extra ***** in cash for a random deposit in which they never returned it. I want a refund.

      My daughter and I traveled back to TN from NV and reserved a room @ Red Roof Inn, ************************, Monday, Sep 4, ca 2am local time, via Priceline Upon arrival / check-in, we saw the hotel - was EXTREMELY dirty: THERE WAS trash EVERYWHERE, parking lot / stair case / hallways: diapers, broken toys, fast food leftovers, refrigerators, liquor bottles, cigarette butts, cups, etc - all garbage cans outside were overflowing with smelly trash - stray dogs were eating the garbage from the trash cans - we saw several rats near the large hotel dumpster in a corner by one of their buildings, near our room entrance, which was also overflowing with garbage, old appliances, toys, etc - the place smelled horrible and was dangerously filthy in the lobby, parking lot and green areas - an older man sitting outside by one of the rooms on way to the lobby to check in he seemed to be rolling a joint & had a pill bottle next to him. He looked homeless, was dirty and poorly dressed and asked us if we wanted to buy some "drugs" (not specifying what he was "offering")- we decided to ignore him and proceeded to enter the lobby, got our key and went back to our car, pulled around and went upstairs to our room. - when we opened the door, a female prostitute (judging by dress / demeanor) who offered to vacate the room for us to use!- she was surprised when we declined - we immediately went to lobby for a refund, which was (& after many phone calls & emails w/ RRI is still refused - We called the local Police Dpt, as well as ******** Health Dpt to have an inspector investigate the property For Red Roof Inn to tell us we need to escalate our case to guest services management after waiting 48 hours after initially filing the case is bad business. They make us jumps through hoops for a refund which should be issued immediately to make this right. Thank you for any assistance and help with bringing this to public attention. ***********************

      Was ****** charged and pit out at random hours of the night. They were repeatedly taking my money and blocking my room . Me and my kids were cleaning repeatedly to help catch up their laundry room for no pay. My dates of stay were altered on account and recharged

      They stole my money, kicked ** out every night, altered my stays, it was a horrible experience.  They literally never hear or answer the phone.

      So on March 29th I had paid 200$ for 4 more days to stay. Right after I had paid OFF MY OWN PERSONAL CARD my bf and I had a disagreement and he got physical with me and then threw all my stuff out the door and told me to get out. I have bruises on my arms and legs from him and even showed the owner and she acted like she didn't believe me. I asked for a refund for 2 days of the 4 and she said she couldn't do it. Yet she called the cops. I feel as if she was playing favorites between him and I. I'm also going to file a discrimination complaint against the red roof inn in Columbia because they told ***** that they don't hire white people the daughter of the owner is the one that said that... That's racist. So if I don't get my money back they will be seeing me in court

      Yeah and also when my boyfriend asked if they would hire him the owner's daughter told him that they don't hire white people because we don't do the job right if I'm not mistaken that is discrimination

      I reserved a room for this hotel through Priceline for 8/28/2021 for 1 night. When I arrived there was a big white truck that was so close to the building it looked as if he had hit it. I went inside to check in and a customer was basically informing the clerk that she did not have enough money to pay for her stay but she would go out and do what needed to be done to ensure she did get enough. Outside on the parking a couple was arguing and fighting and then jumped in separate cars and speed off the parking lot. Went to the room on the second floor room 205 to walk into a extremel hot room air did not work, smelled like mold, both beds had stains on the sheets, covers and pillow cases, bathroom had brown ring around the tub and toilet and wall behind the toilet had huge hole and was falling apart called Priceline and requested a refund to go stay at another hotel the agent and myself tried to contact the desk but had no lucky went outside to leave and same people back arguing and fight
