            I went in on 10/23/2021 for the first timeI showed the First **** doing my nails my original design(a simple white nail with an m on my ring finger) they said they couldnt do it Bc it was to difficult. so I had to frantically find another(one two colored swirl with the colors touching on each nail)..the lady starts doing my nails and then randomly switches me to another girl who I showed the picture to and asked if she could do it she just looked at me and started doing them.. she didnt do them anything like the picture more just feel styled swirls not touching all over my nails. I tried to hold back tears so hard but when I started to cry and her coworkers came over she laughed at me and then spoke to her coworkers. They switched me back to the original girl who clarified twice now how I wanted them and was even given a reference design from the girl before me. Long story short she continued to say the whole time how great and perfect they were but they still looked absolutely nothing like the picture(half of each nail is painted, not swirls at all) . I was so embarrassed and overwhelmed at this point and I was still charged 60 dollars. Safe to say I wont be back.
