On August 21st 2021 I ordered a coffee table from *********************** who runs the shop Comod through Etsy for $1,296.00 (order #**********).The table shipped in 2 pieces (the base of the table, and the glass). I received the base but ***** lost the glass table top. After notifying the seller he vowed to refund me for the full price of the table, as well as get a new piece of glass cut for the base that got delivered. Over the course of many months we stayed in communication with him telling me he will pay me and have glass cut as soon as ***** finished their claim and he had time to do it. As of last month he payed me $600 and ceased communication. After trying to contact him many times he has never responded and I would really like the balance of my money as promised as well as a new piece of glass cut.I have taken up the dispute a few times with Etsy, but they say they are not responsible for any items or payments after the item has shipped from the seller.
