They shipped the wrong part and do not want to give me a refund The owner told me to send back and I would get credit back to my card. I want a money order. Cashier check mailed too me. I will be glad to send the part back that it does not wok ggor my car. And I have the correct part as of today. When I called when I was at b the *** place I called before sending to confirm. The person in charge said that owner was out of the country and will be for a long time and said give me an estimate and she in August. I b purchase this on May 26th by phone.Initial Complaint

I purchased a tire from this company. I wanted a magnesium mag wheel. They sent the wrong wheel and they charged me for it. I called them and told them that it was their fault. So they sent me a new one; the second one was the right wheel, but they didn&#**;t refund me for the first one. I was charged twice. I returned the first wheel.Customer response

I purchased a part from this company last week. I received the part and I took it to my mechanic and he told me the part was broken. I called A1 and the lady was very rude. She then told me they didn't give refunds which was never told to me. She just took my credit card and never told me about their policies. I am out of $170 and a part I cannot use. I had to part another part elsewhere.Business response

This is a simple case of a customer ordering the wrong part. After the customer received the part he ordered, he called and said his mechanic needed the wire harness connector that unplugged to the throttle body he had ordered. I asked him to send a picture of the part he needed and he did not send it. We warranty our parts to be correct and good for 90 days. We do not guarantee that the part will fix the customer's car. We do not refund if a customer mistakenly orders the wrong part. Next time he probably ought to let the mechanic order the part for him.He said nothing about the part being broken. In fact, he sent me a picture of our part that was not broken.thanks
