To Whom It May ********* am a regular at Sonic Drive In, love the food and staff are courteous and friendly. However, the past couple of times they could not get my order right through the drive through. The first most recent occurrence was about a week ago when I wanted two burgers from the dollar menu. Instead I got two cheese burgers for about 10$, instead of two burgers from the 1,2, 3 dollar(s) menu. I expressed this in the drive through and paid for it and moved on.This time this late night, I wanted the Grilled Cheese Double Burger with Tots for 3 99 Dollars. However, I got that plus a drink for 7 dollars and some change. Its not what I wanted, such that I specifically communicated Grilled Cheese Double Burger with Tots for ****. It seems now matter what I say in the drive through of what I want, with specific details, Its not what I ordered. Please see below link for Grilled Cheese Double Burger with Tots or Fries for ****:************************************************************************************************************************ Paying 3 dollars more for a soda is stupid, but did it nonetheless and it was about 11:35pm; too late to have an argument about it.I am still a regular and enjoy coming to Sonic Drive In regardless, like the food and good staff.
