Precision took great care of us on a complete roof and gutter replacement. There was one small issue that occurred during install and they took care of it immediately with no hassle. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision for any roofing needs you may have.Review from Barbara R

My husband and I were thrilled with the recent work Precision Construction did on re-siding our home. From our initial consultation with the project manager, through the completion of work by the ******* and his crew on the removal of old and installation of the new siding, they all were great to work with. The project was started earlier than anticipated and competed in short order as well. We felt respected and valued as a customer. I have to say our 22 year old home looks brand new! Now we are trying to decide which "Honey Do Project" we need to complete next so we can call Precision. Thanks for such a great experience!

I am very impressed by this company from the signing of our contract to the paid in full invoice!!! They did a fantastic job on our new roof and gutters. They are professional, courteous, timely, and their communication is top notch. They were very concerned about our satisfaction with their work all throughout the process. The crew was very respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up any mess. If something was moved to protect it, they put it back where they found it. Our project manager was on-site throughout our entire project, not just day one. Our project manager could be seen on any given day picking up nails, roof material debris, and wiping off any marks on our siding he saw caused during the completion of our project. This is the first time we have done a project of this size since buying our home and they made it stress and worry free!!!. We were looking to have a new roof and we called Precision Construction. ***** came out the next day and had an estimate right away. ***** was very personable and a very professional, respectful person. We were thinking of solar in the future and he was sure to tell us what would be required on our roof project to have solar installed. Significant savings for us with him letting us know what we needed in the future. He stayed in contact throughout the whole process to keep us informed. The estimate was very reasonable and we had a new roof within two days. The crew that came out worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They did an excellent job of making sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. Precision turned what could have been a stressful situation into an enjoyable experience. Nine young men reroofed my house in about 6 hours. They worked in unison, each had their particular job and worked with coordinated tasks - it was impressive. I really thought they all worked with 'precision'. The entire crew was professional, respectful and committed; I feel confident that I got a very good new roof. ****, the job coordinator, was very accommodating and helped me with a couple details, and even cut and attached some specialty trim. **** was impressive as the overall crew leader; he listened and responded to every concern I had. They cleaned up my yard better than any roof job-site I've ever seen and left me feeling confident in their work.Precision Construction Services Inc Response

We are so pleased we chose Precision Construction to replace our roof and gutters. They did a phenomenal job. Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. Excellent work and cleanup. Our office manager, ****** was so pleasant and helpful. Our project manager, ***** was amazing. Willing to do do many extra things for us. Had a great experience working with Precision. Their sales person and project manager did a much better job explaining the process with my insurance company than the company I was originally going to work with. I was able to get premium shingles with a great warranty all covered under insurance. They also did a great job repairing siding and molding on my garage and front doors.Review from Kellie L

I highly recommend the team at Precision Constructionn Services, Inc.In May 2022 they installed a new roof on my home. The team was professional, proficient on the job from the customer service provided on the phone to thz on-site crew that installed the roof.They over delivered on expectations! The roof looks great, the job was finished early due to the work ethic of the team and the clean up after they were finished was superior to most contractors. Many of my neighbors have commented to me on their surprise how efficient the crew was. I recommend if you are in need of a roof or other home improvement you contact them. I would definitely use them again should I have a need.****** *
