Paid for Solar Panels for my house in August 2023. Was strung along for a long time and owner would not call me back. Now their office space is vacant and I fear they have closed up shop and maybe filed for bankruptcy?It's a significant amount of money and I have sought help from the ******** ************************* and will seek help from an attorney. I am not going to let them steal from me without a fight.Review from Mark B

Im a brief former employee of this company. Their very first paycheck to me bounced. Its three weeks later now and my second paycheck is nowhere to be found. They ended up pretty much letting go of the majority of their employees because they cant afford to pay them.Review from John M

After the installment I was told I was 5 panels short to complete the system and it would be a couple weeks to get them in. It has been 6 months and now this company is avoiding calls. Do not do business with them.Review from Ron E

Worst company to deal with bar none! From the beginning to present, this company has taken my money, not even attempted to order the materials for my job, have been caught in multiple lies time and time again and the owner *************************** cant return a phone call, offer solutions or even attempt to remedy the situation by refunding the full amount that was paid. If I could give a 0 star I would because of their fraudulent business practices! Do not use this company, they will take your money and you will never be able to get ahold of them and they will go out of their way to make your life a living hell!Review from Kasi Z

We sat down with Solar Sam and discussed what we are going to get and the timing process. We were told that we would get a green package along with our Solar panels. We were told that we would get $800 at installation and $1000 at completion. I was also told that since they were behind on the setup of our solar panels that they would cover the payments to the loan company until panels were up and running. They did not follow their agreement with **. We have not received any money and they did not cover the payments either. They will tell you anything to get you to sign their papers, but they DO NOT do what they say they will. I would not recommend them at all, cause we are out money and our panels are still not working they way the said it would. They said it would cover 100% of our electric, which it is not. We still hav $400 + electric bill on top of the loan payment for the panels. They are not a company you should use please look into using a different company.Review from Mark C

We considered a solar system for our residence and agreed to let Solar Sam be our partner. Contractual language stated that when and only when the solar system had been installed then the installer (Solar Sam) would contact the financing institution ******************** to commence with the loan agreement. The solar system was never installed yet Solar Sam contacted the lending institution and told them that the system was installed. I received notice that the loan had commenced and my first payment was due. I contacted Solar Sam who paid the loan agreement but not the service fee nor the late charges that have been added to the total remaining. They sent me a note stating that I should pay for it and then they would send me a check. I informed them that this was not an agreeable arrangement and that this was both a fraudelent and illegal manuever on there part. They still have not paid the balance remaining. This is not a company to be trusted.Review from Jason B

This Company has a full time master electrician on staff. They communicate with the customers every step of the way. They honor their promises and they really look out for the customer. Most ********************** companies are from other states and trying to capitalize on people who are uneducated on Solar and what its capabilities are. Solar Sam is about educating the customers so they make an educated choice and if it isnt right they dont push it. No high pressure vacuum cleaner salesmen pitch.Review from Anthony S

Excellent company. High technical competence. We had no problems with paperwork etc. - they took care of everything! The installations are perfect, well made, cleaned everything up after work! This was a big project (15 kW with batteries) with ground ************. Very friendly and easy to work with!
