      Made many orders with midway and most were delivered relatively quickly, within a week. But I recently ordered an item and paid for shipping and never received an email noting it was shipped from midway and delivery service says still waiting for item. Simple search shows item is out of stock and is able to be back ordered. So I called customer service a few times and am told it was shipped and I have to wait another week to try to get a refund. They clearly didn't ship item and could care less for customer retention. Very very poor customer service

      I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. This is not a customer focused company. I have been using MidwayUSA for six years. It was my go-to place for hunting gear. Today I went to purchase a pair of boots on sale, as I clicked "Purchase", it said there was an issue and took me back to the shopping cart. When I went to complete the purchase again, the price for the boots had doubled. I reached out to customer service and requested that they honor their discount price. They would not. I find it pretty bad policy that prices change mid-day without any warning and AFTER I had already clicked to purchase this item at the discounted price.

      This is a HORRENDOUS, DISHONEST COMPANY! They completely mangled a shipment of my order -- for the first time in my experience, their label apparentlty came off the box in shipment! -- they then misinformed me that the order had been delivered when, if fact, it had been delivered back to them (causing me to run around my neighborhood looking for it), and then ************* back to them they utterly refused to expedite reshipment or even to expedite my refund when I cancelled due to their incompetence! So at the end of the day MIDWAY *** will have held my money for about a month while never having PROPERLY shipped the product I purchased with those funds. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS. THIS IS NOT AN HONORABLE COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

      Midway customer service basically told me to bad on getting reimbursed for shipping cost because of the inconvenience to me for a 12 day shipping arrival! Should have received my order in 3-4 days!

      I also used the promo code "rangefinder" they said they were out of stock to try again the next week when they were due to be in-stock. Sure they were in stock but that promo was "expired". They bait you in with a deal but don't have that deal in-stock for you to purchase. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do to honor the promo that I couldn't get when I called before it expired.. they have gone down the drain in my eyes.

      Ordered 3 qty of 50ct boxes of .********************* order on a business day Monday, and the following Mondday I call to ask about my order. (Mind you I had received a order confirmation on that prior Monday).The 1st representative of Midway said my order was on ***************** hold and that they would need to transfer me to that ***** The lady that I was transferred to said because of the nature of your product we are no longer able to do business with me? what does that mean??!Was there something shady about the ammo that they had on their website availble for purchase? They also then go on to say why do I have 2 accounts?...why the heck would I know? I can't even find the ammo order number on my account when I login to their website. This one of the reasons I am calling, besides figuring out why my order still has not shipped!Then they are saying they can only ship to the address or billing address on file whatever, I am like sure, what is the ****** I have confirmed my address and billing address already. They are represented below in the email where my order was "supposedly" confirmed.The 3rdguy I talked to said I was being rude and can'tcontinue with me either, of course I am going to respond from how I was treated by the other 2 representatives of the phone number to the Midway *** that I am reaching out to. You all represent Midway ***, I cannot call any other number.I am still confirming with my bank if money was deducted from my account or not, since I have no way to confirm the actual final amount any longer, the website wont show my order and the email doesn't break down the amount.

      They offer promo codes that do not work, (RANGEFINDER0224). When I contacted them they said the promo item was out of stock, but offered no other options. They still have the promo code listed, and have sent me emails suggesting I complete my purchase. Sloppy business/attention.

      I placed my first order with Midway on 3/17/24, ordering several. They added several knives that I reviewed as a backorder. I was unaware of the items until they shipped. When I reached out to their chat team, they refused to help and advised that I would have to pay the return shipping for items I did not order and did not want. Even their chat rep stated the items were added in error. This is a quote from the chat: "It looks like these items were accidentally placed on backorder when you were viewing them." When I pointed that out to the supervisor, he said that they "used the wrong words."

      I ordered a scope on 2-29-24 and paid over ******* and on 3-2-24 they change the price down to ****** and I emailed the ceo of the company and would not reimburse me on the sale price. So I will not order anything from them anymore

      Bought clothing didnt fit they wont take them back due to a stain I didnt put on them. I didnt wear them I tried them on took them off and placed them back in the package then shipped them back .
