      Don't Trust this company they are sneaky they tell u one thing then do another behind ur back they charge u extra every month just so u have a had time ever catching up. They only email u when they want to send u ur new bill everyone. They only call when they want money or bill paid . They Know I'm ******klm away so they go behind my back and enter my locker before I was even properly notified. Funny they send me a letter to my old address how can I get that ******klm away. They made no attempt to email or call me. They use to be good now they are crooks that rob u blind every month always adding ridiculous unnecessary charges onto of bill and Always billing early month before. Every time I turn around the monthly locker fee goes up . I have NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A COMPANY LIKE THIS BEFORE. I KEEP HAVING ISHUES can't wait to find another unit and get my stuff out before they they to sell everything from under me.

      Worst place to ever use for storage especially at ***************************************** ******* MN. Property Manager *** is a b**** with a very snappy attitude and she, *********************************** and ********* all gang up on employees they don't like and get them fired. And thief boss **** knows and let's it happen. I'm a victim of it and continue to be talked about to customers. Guess it's time to file a complaint with the *****

      WARNING - Storage Mart in *************, **. PRICE GAUGING CUSTOMERS.Once you move your items in they raise prices. In the past 18 months, they raised my price by 34%.WARNING - PRICE GAUGING WARNING - PRICE GAUGING WARNING - PRICE GAUGING

      called ********* in ****** to very ude reception, in my attempt to pay and exit my lease agreement. I asked a question regarding closing the account with a payment arrangement was met with rudeness in answering that isn't their policy which is fine this information is not available online nor in their FAQ hence me asking. I asked why a cashiers check is needed for the prorated immediate move out amount (instead of debit or cash) she was nasty in the reply as well stating I need to figure it out. I am attempting to pay the business what I owe to extremely rude reception at every turn- all while doing my best to meet their company policies. This isn't affecting her personal life so I cannot imagine why she would be so nasty over a small work issue such as this. At the end of the day we are community members in a small town this behavior reflects poorly on the business and the individual.

      Do not rent from ********************************************** ************************************. Horrible all the way around. Never late or missed a payment sold my unit out from under me that had about 10k worth of my things and offered me like 700 bucks. The manager ******** lied to her bosssaying she turned in my claim and never did. Worst business Ive ever dealt with.

      I have had a unit at the Since about October of 2020. When I initially moved into the unit, the store clerk was exceptionally rude & literally screamed at me in front of a vender. I filed a complaint with the regional manager & never heard another thing. During this time, i Have incurred multiple rent increases with little to no warning. Fast forward to an email received on 02/06/24. It merely said we have updated our lease agreement & need your signature to confirm changes." No explanation as to what terms were updated, just an option to sign. i attempted to call the store on 02/07/24. No answer, just an automated voicemail that i was unable to leave a voicemail . On 02/09/24, I received a 2nd email"Reminder sign your updated lease agreement to confirm the changes" without any explanation of the changes, only an option to sign. I called the store again on 02/10/2024, and yet again no answer. Today I received a bill with another rent increase without any type of warning. I dont understand how a company can force us to sign an agreement without disclosing what the agreement is. I also dont see how they can continue to raise rent without any type of forewarning whatsoever. And the store itself doesnt return calls to provide any type of explanation. I will not be recommending this company to anyone given the poor customer service and the lousy follow up along with abrupt price gouging. In order to leave this review I am forced to leave one undeserving star.

      Rate was reasonable at first, and seeing the condition of my unit, hole in the wall, broken light bulb, I conceded I got what I paid for. Very low security. After entering gate code, gate stays open way too long and I once watched a man walk right through, and of course he approached me at my unit while I was alone. No cameras, no on-site staff, nothing to ensure someones safety. My unit was burglarized. Found a piece of paper with a gate code written on it. Obviously someone simply using a tenants code to access the units. Im not even approaching staff about any of it. What would they do? Rate has increased $30 randomly. They charge a $17 Value Coverage Plan fee, which is obviously just made up words . Worst experience.

      STAY AWAY! This company, which has taken over Manhattan Mini Storage, allows staff to enter units without unauthorization. Someone entered my unit and left a water filled fat-free milk jug turned on its side. When I placed it on its side, water leaked out of punctured holes. In addition, I have hundreds of dollars worth of rust water damage to my property. The monthly property protection insurance amount of $12 is worthless, and just another way to get more money. ***********************, head of claims, told me point blank, "You didn't experience water damage; your claim has been denied."

      Last fall, we rented a storage unit, for 2 weeks. The day prior to moving our items out, we were notified by StorageMart management notified us that our lock was cut. We were out of town and drove 8 hours to file a police report and figure out was stolen. Upon arrival and surveying the storage property, we found the location had numerous security concerns. So beware of StorageMarts false advertising on their website. Here is just a small sample of the deficiencies in their security practices. 1) The was one security camera , not monitored with alerting, that was 200 feet from our unit that was mounted low enough to the ground, to be tampered with, which it was. 2) Half of the property has no fencing. 3) Homeless camp 1/2 block away 3) The keypad at the entrance can be overridden by software and this is a known issue by StorageMart. 4) The site doesnt have an employee or manager onsite everyday. 5) They advertise that this location closes at 10pm every night, when that is not true as some tenants have 24 hour access and other tenants must be out by 10pm. These are just a few items that are to be aware of. Whoever broke into the unit, spent hours sifting through our belongings and taking only things that could be pawned or worn. There were other break-ins, two others according to Columbia PD, that week as well. StorageMart could have remedied this by securing their facility by completely and appropriately installing 8 fencing with security wire. Installing security cameras that effective, cannot be tampered with, and has alerting & is monitored. If there are break-ins, hire private security to drive through the property to be a deterrent and help secure the property and the tenants property. Read the contract, StorageMart has a number of lawyers that have created an ironclad contract that states they are not responsible for any liability in securing your belongings.
