      Received postcard from Motor Vehicle Services. Addressed to my mother but for my car. Car is titled in my name. called the number listed on postcard regarding extended factory warranty on my vehicle. Card had correct vehicle and VIN information. During phone call the representative said the factory warranty is expired. The representative said it would be $580 down with additional monthly payments. The representative pressured by saying needing to purchase it now, warranty was expired, will not ever get this same deal, etc. I said I wanted to discuss with my parents and they said no had to do now. After being pressured and harassed I felt had to purchase for the amount of $250 down and $186 monthly. They said would make a great deal with no specific details on coverage. After call i called my mom and was very upset. i was crying. she advised to call back and cancel. I called back to discuss with same person (****). **** was disrespectful. He asked me who talked to me and if they had a gun to my head multiple times. He was intimidating and scaring me. He yelled at me over the phone. He hung up on me. I have tried unsuccessfully to discuss with additional representatives. I have supposedly talked to a supervisor and others and each time they have been rude and unwilling to cancel the transaction. They referred to the cancellation procedures in my policy. However when I go to the link for my policy account the actual policy is not there and/or not able to be viewed. I have no other recourse or avenue to cancel and no access to my policy or procedures despite being told i have 30 days to cancel. The $250 down is already being processed from my bank account. The company listed as withdrawing the money is ********** **** I need assistance with getting this resolved. I would like it cancelled and my money returned. Thank you!

      Ms. ****** activate the coverage for her vehicle that is out of its 3/36,000 factory coverage. We show where she called in 1 time on 4/5/2022 with some issues. We went over the policy and explained the cancellation procedures that are also listed in her policy. We show via USPS tracking that her policy was delivered on 4/15/2022. We have not spoke to or had any other communication with this customer since. We will reach out to Ms. ****** to try and address any issues she may have.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They are giving false information. I have called multiple times. They never gave me a link to few my cancellation policy and you could not access my policy when I logged in. I called them that night to cancel and I got talked down to and then the next morning I called them again and they yelled at me again.

      The telemarketers from this company have been calling me a few times a day in the past 3 months, and even if I told them nicely that I don't want their services, and I asked them repeatedly to put me on the do not call list and never call me again, they still kept calling me. I cannot deal with this anymore and I will seek legal help if I get one more call from them.

      Agents associated with this company [Integrity Admin group] deceitfully pressured me into a purchase by saying things like this is "recommended by your lender". They lied about American home shield BBB rating saying that They [AHS] have F and we [IAG-home protection group ] have an A+ rating. When I called the phone number back it was for car warranty on the message center, not home warranty like I had purchased which decreased my trust even further. They pressured me into making a decision/payment, stating that this "deal is a one- time offer and if you go without warranty coverage there can be detrimental repercussions on your mortgage and or your rate." They represented themselves as a recommendation from my lender; even mentioned my lender by name. They say you can cancel anytime for any reason, however when I called to cancel They do not accept my answers for as the reason. They became hostile in their interactions and have not verified cancellation. they hung up.

      On May 13th, 2021 I bought policy # FRO100682, for $3000. as an extended warranty for my 2014 Honda Accord. I later realized that my current warranty was still in effect and cancelled the policy. This had to be done within 30 days. I have confirmation that they received the letter on June 7th. After several months I called and was told that I would indeed be getting the refund, but that they were short staffed. I have continued to call on a monthly basis. I always reach a sympathetic operator who assures me this will be done as soon as they can get to it and they always send the complaint to the boss, "***". I am unable to contact him directly. Nothing ever happens.

      My grandfather purchase 2 car warranties with this company and, I called them to refund it because my grandfather did not need them, they proceeded to tell me that I needed to send a written letter to them from my grandfather letting them know he no longer wanted the service. We sent in the requested letter and they said it would take 60 to 90 days to receive the refund. This was back in April they have still not sent out the refund. I called this morning and its the same guy who always says they are short staffed every time you call he says the same thing but refuse to say anything about when my grandad will receive his money back. This company is a complete nightmare!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ARE BAD BAD BAD NEWS!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
