      These people are complete scam artist. I purchased a new 2019 AMG Benz coupe from Benz lot. Next day I received extended car insurance post card indicating I had to purchase coverage or I would lose my current 4yr auto coverage included with my purchase. I purchased the coverage $4900 that I didn't need. I'm still trying to get my money back they owe me. They are rude, they refuse to give their lawyer information because my small claims is in court now! They didn't think u was smart enough to legally pursue them. ****, *** and the rest are rude and scam artist with every accuse! Please I beg you never buy any coverage from them.

      very misleading and confusing post card sent to my apartment, as if it was from my dealer, and then when I called up, the guy would not stop talking and doing the hard sell, I had to hang up after repeatedly saying no thanks. If the first call has that much hard sell, I am straight away on the back foot and I am glad I checked this page while I was talking to them!

      ****, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They use deceptive marketing practices where bona-fide car dealerships are on their main heading in their mail out ad materials as is they are affiliated with them. Go to your dealership to recieve an extended warranty on your vehicle... not some third party hacks who sounds and acts like con artists.

      Do not do business with the group. My dad signed up for this and ended up cancelling it the same day. He contacted his bank to make sure that no money *** released and thankfully the bank stopped it. However this company called and spoke with my brother and *** extremely rude and demanded to speak with our Dad. I tried to speak with the customer service and "Heather" would NOT let me get a word in edgewise. I tried numerous times to talk with her and she just kept talking non stop. She *** rude and unprofessional. She also said the business name *** The Protection Group. WARNING STAY AWAY! ******

      I called them prior to trading in my vehicle the warranty was on to cancel it. Was told by the rep that I should consider transferring my warranty to my new vehicle. I was very adamant I did not want to. She told me I could think about it for a few days and contact them back. Also stated that she would put a stop payment on my account until then. A few days after trading in the vehicle and prior to me even calling them back, a payment went through for the warranty. I called to complain and was told my cancellation needed to be in writing. I was not informed of this during the initial phone call, nor is it stated in the terms of my policy. I mailed a letter and called 10 business days later to verify they received my letter just to be told it would *********** to 7 weeks for them to get it. How is that even possible? At that point, another payment would be processed. This has been a complete nightmare. It should not be this difficult to cancel a warranty. We don't even own the vehicle anymore!!! Yet they are still charging us $400+ a month when we have repeatedly asked to cancel!!
